Tolson Properties develops commercial and industrial property across Western Sydney, with a focus on well-located sites that work hard for tenants and investors.
Our partnership spans four completed projects: Stages 2 and 3 of Capital Place in Rouse Hill, Campbelltown Storage, and Waterside Business Park in Penrith. Together they cover mixed-use commercial, multi-level self storage and business park developments. Several of these sites came with real constraints, including high-voltage easements, flood planning and urban design review.
Working together from concept to completion, Tolson and WSC have turned challenging sites into high-quality, fully tenanted assets.
